In our clinic, orthodontic treatment of the above-mentioned syndromes is started at the age of 3 or 4 years in ‘early cases’, or 6 or 7 years in typical cases. Treatment is required until adulthood.

In the initial stages, our treatment is aimed at modifying growth between the maxilla and the mandible, and at improving sequentially abnormal dental development. After the jaw-growing phase, we align the teeth using a multi-bracket system. In cases of severe dentofacial deformity, orthognathic surgery is performed. Medical insurance is applicable in the orthodontic treatment of such patients.
