| 研究内容 | 口腔癌、なかでも口腔扁平上皮癌に関する臨床および基礎的研究を行っています。臨床面では癌の再発、転移をいかに減らすかを目的に、手術時の切除断端の検索や転移リンパ節の診断法などの取り組みを行い、治療成績を向上させました。基礎研究は癌の悪性化とその微小環境に着目し、低酸素環境がNotchシグナルを介してEMTを誘導することを明らかにしました。現在はこれまでの研究成果をもとに、幹細胞マーカーを中心とした研究を展開しています。 | |
